Sponsorship Tiers

If you are interested in becoming an event sponsor, or have questions about sponsorships, please reach out directly to Michael Cook, President of the Benscreek Canoe Club. Sponsorships of product or cash equivalent are welcome. Class IV and V sponsors are welcome to set up an on-site booth for their organization at no additional charge.

CLASS III SPONSORSHIP
Donation Amount: $25-100
At the Class III sponsorship level, your organization will receive a dedicated Thank You social media post on all Rendezvous social media pages, your company logo in the official event program, your company name on event signage, and your company name on the back of the event t-shirt.

CLASS IV SPONSORSHIP
Donation Amount: $100-$200
At the Class IV sponsorship level, your organization will receive a dedicated Thank You social media post on all Rendezvous social media pages, the inclusion of your company’s hashtags in all social media posts, your company logo in the official event program, your company name and logo on event signage, and your company logo on the back of the event t-shirt.

CLASS V SPONSORSHIP
Donation Amount: $200+
At the Class V sponsorship level, your organization will receive a dedicated Thank You social media post on all Rendezvous social media pages, inclusion of your company’s hashtags in all social media posts, your company logo in the official event program, your company name and logo on event signage, and your company logo prominently featured on the back of the event t-shirt. Additionally, if you have any special requests for online posts, we will facilitate those as well.
